Additional business conditions
1. Payment and services
Informative prices of accommodation and other services are introduced in promotional material on our websites or in a leaflet. Price mentioned in a billet order (hereinafter referred to as the “voucher”) is commitment for the customer. Binding scale of contractual agreed services and prices is introduced in the voucher. Accommodation provider is entitled to change agreed conditions of accommodation in unsuggestible situations (like force majeure).
2. Cancellation terms
Customer is entitled to cancel a reservation before leaving. it is necessary to send an e-mail to cancel the reservation on this address email@example.com. Date and time when the e-mail was sent are decisive to accept the cancellation.
Group cancelations may be chargeable by individual fees.
The accommodation provider will not charge mentioned cancellation fees when the customer is not able to make use of agreed conditions due to death in family, hospitalization of his own or family member, serious disease, draft notice or natural disaster. The customer is obliged to give evidence of above mentioned facts by written document until three days after the fact began.
These business conditions are integral part of reservation of accommodation and billet order (“voucher”).
Advance payment invoice of 50 % to accommodation price of reservation can be made any time after reservation.
The final cleaning fee is not included in the room rate and will be paid on site at check-in.
